The NK Family Dental Membership Plan is a Dental Discount Plan that allows individuals and families to receive quality dentistry at prices 30-40% off average dental treatment fees in the area.

As a member, Preventive Treatments (General Cleaning, X-rays, Exams) are always covered 100%. The plan allows additional valuable member benefits on periodontal treatment, fillings, crowns, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry as well as implant restorative care!

How much does it cost to become a Member of the Dental Savers Plan?

The annual membership fee is $299/year for an individual, and $189/year for each additional family member.

How do I enroll into the NK Family Dental Savers Plan?

Give us a call at the Office and one of our staff members will be more than happy to help you! There’s no paperwork involved in becoming a member of our dental discount plan. When you come in, your membership will start immediately upon making a payment!

Payment Policies and Exclusions for our Dental Discount Plan:

In order to provide the membership discounts to the treatment fees, the payment policies listed below must be followed:

• The annual membership fee must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
• Membership period will begin on the date of payment of either initial payment or renewal and will be valid for one year.
• All fees for treatment will be due and payable at the time of service.
• The dental discount plan cannot be used with other insurance or discount plans, dental benefits under an automobile medical insurance claim, or workers compensation benefits.
• Plan is non-refundable.
• Your unused benefits do not carry over to the following year.
• The discounts you receive as part of this plan cannot be used with any other special.
• NK Family Dental reserves the right to terminate the membership and/or refuse treatment without notice if the member fails to pay any dues or their account becomes delinquent at any time.
